Open Question: What was the identity of the person that talked to Moses from within the burning bush?
There are some sad faced people who will one day turn up at your door steps and declare to you that Jesus is a god. You wonder why they should come and waste your time because you already know who Jesus is.
Who was the character that called Moses from within the bush? I believe this incident took place at night hence it was easy to spot the bush and it must have been big because an angel was standing inside it and angels are big.
But a voice called Moses and this voice was called THE LORD and told him to remove his sandals and informed him that he was on Holy Ground. This voice told Moses that he has heard the Jews crying in pain in Egypt. It was not JEHOVAH ELOHIM (THE LORD GOD) of the 1-3 chapters of Genesis but THE LORD (simply JEHOVAH). Apart from that this was the MEDIATOR because JEHOVAH ELOHIM had rejected mankind and the price was so huge that there was nothing which ADAM had that could pay for the cost of reconciliation that he was immediately evicted from the garden and his presence. Religious efforts failed (fig leave clothes to cover nakedness), sacrificial efforts failed, all the precious stones and gold failed, his arguments failed meaning on the day you stand before JEHOVAH ELOHIM you will have no excuse. You may say oh no I wasn’t rejected but then what are you doing outside of the garden pal? The MEDIATOR was immediately appointed. He was called THE LORD. HE handled all the communication between JEHOVAH ELOHIM and mankind, as from Genesis 3 we were absolutely on no speaking terms with him.
This MEDIATOR is the MESSIAH. Messiah means anointed one whose symbol was the GOLDEN LAMP-STAND. The fire burns using olive oil. Olive oil stands for the HOLY SPIRIT, the SPIRIT provides the ANOINTING. The burning bush could have been an olive tree but let me not speculate. A temple scenario was created that night in the desert. And the one who talked to MOSES was called THE LORD. So the MESSIAH is the LORD of JEWS. The temple was symbolized in the desert that night. And MOSES was a PROPHET and the SHEEP represented the PEOPLE of ISRAEL.
The MESSIAH is the one who talked to MOSES from the within the BUSH. Thousands of years latter another JOHN saw the MESSIAH and he was in the midst of the LAMP-STAND, he experienced what MOSES experienced thousands of years earlier. Now he saw a clear vision.
JEHOVAH is not a god he is GOD like the MESSIAH.He is the one who called Moses from within the burning bush that was not burning.
In addition the MEDIATOR does not usually take payment or it is very minimal compared to that which the parties he is mediating for have to concede. Take Bill Clinton, Yitzk Rabin and Yasser Arafat. Demands of the Arabs were very high but they were comparable to that of Bill Clinton which was that atleast they talk.
Or Hostage takers and negotiators. Negotiators have very few demands. In this case the Messiah was the negotiator and was in a position to pay, with his own life what the hostages could not pay. And from Genesis 4 he had been negotiating payment till it was agreed upon and the payment was made on the cross. That is why JEHOVAH did not wipe out the JEWS in the DESERT, had it been JEHOVAH ELOHIM there would have been a big hole in the ground where they once stood. And when it had been decided he came to earth as man to make the payment which was accepted and now all who believe can talk to JEHOVAH ELOHIM who even ABRAHAM, MOSES and other prophets could not converse with!

I’m needing (not wanting) to sell my 25 gallon Eclipse tank. It has black silicon, Eclipse 2 hood (lights don’t work..filter does), black cabinet stand, heater, 6 silver dollars, 1 buenos aires tetra (buddies died of old age and I didn’t replace), 1 gold gourami, 1 african brown knife, 1 gold spot pleco, 2 breeder nets, aquarium salt, LOADS of fake plants, large driftwood, large resin driftwood, $60 worth of lava rock, variety of foods, Cycle, Amquel +, filter cleaning brushes, extra filter cartridges, nets, 3 air pumps (small Whisper, Rena100, and Rena50) with tubing/stone/check valve, veggie feeding clip, and live worm feeding cones.
The tank is fully set up with LOTS of extras in the cabinet (some outside because it doesn’t fit), but the hood and stand could use a bit of cleaning.
I’m needing to know what price I should put on all of this (in US Dollars)? I need it gone hopefully by the end of this month, but I’m not wanting to pretty much “give” it away. Any ideas?
African Brown knife fish only get an average of 8″ (versus the 3-4ft clown knife). He has lived comfortably in my tank for 2 years. I’ve also seen plain 25g tanks (no filter/heater/stand) sell for $50-80, so I KNOW I can get more than that.
redtop, I would absolutely love to keep it, but moving has forced me to sell. I have no room for the tank in the new house, and can’t afford to store it month after month. When I graduate college, start making money in my career, and find a larger place, I plan on getting a larger tank than a 25g.
