Open Question: being born again is the finished work of God in your life. Agree or Disagree?
I agree. Metaphorically, we are in the womb of Christ maturing and growing in Him. The gestation period is not the same for each person and some unfortunately don’t survive in Him. When we are truly born again, what comes out of the womb is pure gold refined in the fire; Thus, the perfection of Christ is made manifest in you. Saying a sinners prayer one time is not born again. It is a complete transformation into the image of Christ. I’m not boasting myself either; I’m still a work in progress
I meant perfection in faith. I don’t want anyone to misunderstand. You won’t be absolutely flawless, but if your faith is made perfect, you are pure gold in the eyes of God. Keep battling the sin in your life and keep overcoming and people will see Christ when they see you.
